This paper describes the theory and practical aspects of blue economy and provides an outlook for the future. Aquaculture has been identified as a Blue Growth Priority and this report also talks about developing an Aquaculture Site Selection Support Tool that assesses regional oceanographic conditions in order to identify suitable aquaculture sites.
