The Leleuvia Resort, on an island south of Levuka, has been plagued with divers coming to take Beche-de-mer during nights when there is a full moon.
The resort says calls to the Tourism Police and fisheries authorities have fallen on deaf ears, despite the fact they have photos of the divers and the names of the boats.
Resort manager, Colin Philp, tells Bruce Hill the divers are disturbing the reef in a tabu area and affecting his business.
