One of Tokyo’s big tourist draws is the Tsukiji Market, the world’s largest fish market. Visitors come to catch the action at the predawn bluefin-tuna auctions and watch fishmongers hoist the massive tuna, at right. Or they can eat at one of the many restaurants, such as Tsukiji Itadori, above, where chef Hiroyuki Murata prepares sushi.? The market won’t be in its iconic Chuo Ward location much longer. Government officials plan to relocate it a mile and a half away in the Koto Ward’s Toyosu area.
