This document is a draft ministerial decision of agreement on fisheries subsidies derived at the Twelfth Session of the WTO Ministerial Conference, Geneva, 12-15 June 2022. It describes protocol amending the Marrakesh agreement establishing the world trade organization, subsidies related to illegal, unreported and unregulated (IUU) fishing, overfished stock, overcapacity or overfishing and specific provisions made for LDC members, institutional management and dispute settlement under this agreement.
